摘　　要：国内乳制品行业问题频出,为保障乳制品品质安全,乳制品标准物质在产品检验和品质控制中不可或缺。乳制品的品种和检测项目繁多,我国现有标准物质难以满足市场需求。通过对国内外现有乳制品标准物质的总结和研究现状的介绍,分析了我国在乳制品标准物质研究上的不足和未来发展方向。Issues in domestic dairy industry happened frequently. In order to protect the quality and safety of dairy products,reference materials of dairy products are essential for product testing and quality control. Because of the variety of the types and testing items for dairy products, the existing reference materials in China are difficult to meet market demand. Based on the summary of the current domestic and international reference materials of dairy products and the current research status, this paper analyzes the shortcomings and future development of our country in the reference materials of dairy products.
