社区全科医师肺康复技能培训效果评价

摘　　要：了解社区全科医师对肺康复技能培训的需求,评估由综合性医院全科医学科引导的社区全科医师肺康复技能培训的效果,为提高社区全科医师基本医疗服务能力提供依据。由综合性医院全科医学科主导对171名社区全科医师进行肺康复理论及技能培训,并开展满意度问卷调查,最后对培训前后的结果进行比较。结果显示:90%以上的社区全科医师对培训内容、实用性、肺康复技能提高均比较满意,培训后,社区全科医师的肺康复理论知识及各项肺康复技能操作成绩均较培训前明显提高。社区全科医师对肺康复技能训练需求度很高,由综合性医院全科医学科引导的肺康复技能培训能有效地地提高社区全科医师的肺康复技能,增强其岗位胜任力。To investigate the demands for pulmonary rehabilitation training in community general practitioners and evaluate its effects guided by general hospitals. 171 community general practitioners attended lectures in theoretical and skill training of pulmonary rehabilitation given by physicians in general hospitals, and surveys were employed during the study. The results before and after training were compared. More than 90% of community general practitioners were satisfied with the training content, practicability and their improvement in pulmonary rehabilitation skills. Pulmonary rehabilitation training was in high demand for community general practitioners, and pulmonary rehabilitation training guided by general hospitals would effectively improve physicians’ skills in this field.
