摘  要:现代学徒制试点中,"老师即师傅",企业师傅作用的发挥尤其关键,直接关系到学徒制实施的质量,而试点实践,企业师傅角色面临一些困惑。结合现代学徒制试点实践,破解企业师傅的角色困惑,对于现代学徒制的高效、全面推行具有实践意义。Enterprise Instructors as teachers play an important role in mode apprenticeship system,which is directly relevant to the quality of implementation of modern apprenticeship. Some enterprise instructors are confronted with numerous confusions in the process. It would have practical significance to fully promote modern apprenticeship project in an efficient way by focusing on the beginning practice of modern apprenticeship and deeply understanding the confusions of enterprise instructors who involved in the practical education.
