摘  要:目的探讨循证护理结合案例教学法对康复临床护理带教效果的影响。方法选取2015年5月至2017年4月在南方医科大学珠江医院康复医学科实习的护理专科生60人为研究对象。对照组为2015年5月至2016年4月实习的护理专科生30人,采用传统教学法;实验组为2016年5月至2017年4月实习的护理专科生30人,采用循证护理结合案例教学法。比较两组护生的理论及操作考试成绩及对带教效果的评价。结果实验组的理论成绩和操作成绩均高于对照组(P<0. 05);实验组学生教学评价良好占比100%,高于对照组的90%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0. 05)。结论在临床康复科护生的护理带教中实施循证护理结合案例教学的方法,学生的学习成绩更好,对教学效果评价更高。Objective To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing combined with case teaching method on rehabilitation nursing teaching.Methods Sixty nursing students practicing in Rehabilitation Department of Zhujiang Hospital from May 2015 to April 2017 were selected as doservation objects. Thirty nursing students practicing from May 2015 to April 2016 were included into the control group who received the traditional teaching. The experimental group was consisted of 30 interns from May 2016 to April 2017 who received evidence-based nursing combined with case teaching method. The self-made questionnaire, theory and operation examination were used to evaluate the effects of teaching.Results The scores of theory and operation examination in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in control group. The score of teaching evaluation in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in control group (100% vs 90%, P 〈0.05) Conclusion The evidence-based nursing combined with case teaching method is good for students in the clinical rehabilitation department.
