摘  要:为切实发挥心理健康教育课程在心理健康教育中的主渠道作用,提高心理健康教育的实效性,探讨高校心理健康教育课程教学设计时应该注意几个问题:一、教学理念以积极心理学理论为指导;二、教学效果以学生的获得感作为检验指标;三、教学内容重视理论知识的传授;四、教学过程中注重给学生搭建发展的"脚手架";五、教学模式根据布鲁姆的认知发展模型进行构建。In order to give full play to the main channel role of mental health education course in mental health education and improve the effectiveness of mental health education, some problems should be paid attention to in the course of teaching design of mental health education course in Colleges and Universities: first, teaching idea is guided by positive psychology theory; two, teaching effect is acquired by students. As a test index; three, the teaching content attaches great importance to the teaching of theoretical knowledge; four, in the course of teaching, it pays attention to build "scaffolding" for the development of the students; and five, the teaching model is built on the basis of Bloom’s cognitive development model.
