摘 要:目的探讨基于设计学习模式在"女性骨盆"章节教学中的应用效果。方法将69名高职助产专业二年级学生按班级分为2组,在"女性骨盆"章节的教学中。试验组:教师采用设计学习模式进行教学,要求学生以小组为单位设计并完成能反映骨盆3个平面的模型;对照组:教师利用骨盆教具,结合多媒体制作的立体图文资料,进行授课。教学后对学生进行理论和技能考核,用问卷调查学生满意度。结果试验组理论考核(t=5.295,P=0.001)、技能操作考核(t=4.898,P=0.001)成绩均高于对照组;试验组教学满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将基于设计学习模式应用于"女性骨盆"教学,有助于学生掌握知识和技能操作,能够提高教学满意度。Objective To explore the effects of "female pelvis" chapter reform based on the design learning model. Methods The 69 second-year students of midwifery were divided into 2 groups according to their class number. Students in the experimental group were required to design the three-dimensions pelvis model. Students in the control group were taught by the traditional teaching method of using pelvis teaching tools and PPT. The stu- dents' performance was compared on both knowledge and skill assessments. Students' satisfaction with the teaching method was compared through questionnaire survey. Results The experimental group's knowledge assessment (t= 5.295,P=0.001) and skill assessment(t=4.898,P=0.001)were both higher than the control group. The teaching sat- isfaction of the experi-mental group was higher than that of the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion The design learning model can help students to learn knowledge and practical skills,and improve teaching satisfaction.
