摘　　要：题库建设是实现命题科学化、标准化的必由之路,也是提高试卷安全性和试题灵活性的现实需要。近年来,江苏自学考试在以往卷库命题的基础上,全面启动题库建设,进行了一系列实践探索:与软件公司合作,研制功能较为完善的题库管理系统;通过梳理课程知识点、收录已考试题、补充征集新题和修订完善试题等工作完成了题库试题开发;科学设计组卷方案,实现了题库系统的自动组卷。Item banking is the only way of scientizing and standardizing item writing,also the practical need of improving test paper secrecy and item flexibility. Based on previous item writing of test paper bank,Jiangsu province launched item banking for self-taught examinations in recent years,conducted a series of practical exploration：successfully developed an item bank management system with relatively completed function by cooperation with software company; finished items development of item bank by the work of curriculum knowledge points sorting,items collecting of past examinations,new items supplementing,and items revising; smoothly realized automatic test paper generation via item bank system by scientific designation of test paper composition scheme.
