摘 要:基于目前的压力控制和微小体积控制系统不能满足微流控芯片自动化进样的需求,本文提出一种新型的基于专家PID控制和卡尔曼滤波的恒压控制系统,通过精确控制压力实现精确控制进样体积。MATLAB仿真和实际测量表明,该系统的阶跃响应时间提高了50%,时间为10 s,无超调,压力控制精度为±30 Pa。通过高精度电子天平称重表明进样体积控制在±10 ul以内,最后采用mega2560作为主控制器搭建自动化检测平台实现微流控芯片的自动进样,该系统已应用到仪器中并产生良好的实验结果。In order to solve the problem that the pressure control and the micro-volume control system cannot meet the automatic injection of microfluidic chips,a new constant pressure system based on expert PID controller and kalman filter was designed. The accurate control of the sample volume was achieved by precise control of the pressure. MATLAB simulation and actual measurements show that the system's step response time is ten seconds which is increased by 50% and the system has no overshoot.The pressure precision is ± 30 Pa. Weighing by high precision electronic balance indicates that the injection volume precision is ± 10 ul. Finally,mega2560 is used as the main controller to build an automatic detection platform to achieve automatic sampling of microfluidic chip. The system has been applied to the instrument and produces good experimental results.
