摘 要:美国特拉华州教师评价系统致力于持续促进教师的专业发展。其评价内容涉及教师的教学实践和学生的进步两个方面。评价过程包括确定评价目标、开展课堂观察、进行反馈与总结、确定改进方案等环节。该评价系统能够及时、有效地帮助教师发现问题并制定完善的专业发展计划。我国中小学教师评价可借鉴特拉华州的有益经验,建立具体的教师评价指标,重视教师评价过程的连续性,加强教师与评价者的交流,注重学生的进步与发展。The teacher assessment system of Delaware in the United Statesis committed to promoting teacherprofessional development.The evaluation content involves two aspects: teacher’ s teaching practice and student’ sprogress.The evaluation process includes determining the evaluation objectives, carrying out classroomobservation, giving feedback and summary, and determining the improvement plan and so on.The evaluation systemcan help teachers find problems and makea perfect professional development plan timely and effectively.Theevaluation of primary and secondary school teachers in China should draw on the beneficial experience ofDelaware, establish specific teacher evaluation indicators, pay attention to the continuity of teacher evaluationprocess, strengthen the communication between teachers and estimators, and pay attention to the progress anddevelopment of students.
