摘  要:麻醉科住院医师规范化培训是培养麻醉专科医生的重要阶段,临床上对规培医师的培养模式不尽相同。我基地自2014年起对规培医师采用PBL模式进行临床带教,探讨PBL教学法在麻醉科住院医师规范化培训中的有效性。实践表明, PBL教学法符合我基地麻醉科住院医师规范化培训的临床教学实际需要,能够调动规培医师的学习兴趣和积极性,提高规培医师解决临床实际问题的能力,能够促进教学相长。The standardized training of resident physicians in anesthesiology department is an important stage in the cultivation of anesthesiologists. In clinic,the training mode of resident physicians is different. We use PBL mode in clinical teaching since 2014,to discuss the effectiveness of PBL mode. The practice shows that the PBL teaching mode meets the practical training of anesthesiologists in our hospital, it is able to mobilize the learning interest and enthusiasm of training residents,to improve the ability of physicians to solve practical problems,and to promote teaching and learning.
