摘 要:当前高职教学督导工作中,以提升教学质量为中心的督导模式一直左右着职业院校的督导工作。一些学校提出了帮助青年教师提高教学质量、以督导工作引导教学质量提升等工作目标,取得了一定的成效。对于什么是高的教学质量、督导怎样才能发挥实质作用、一所职业院校怎样才能整体提升教学质量、青年教师提升教学质量从哪里入手等具体工作,还缺乏新意。本文就胡格模式试验为基础,结合北京财贸职业学院督导工作实践,认为有必要重构高职课堂教学督导体系,从而真正实现教学质量的提升。At present, the supervision mode centered on improving the quality of teaching has been influencing the supervision work of vocational colleges. Some colleges have put forward the goals of helping young teachers to improve their teaching quality, guiding them to improve their teaching quality by supervising their work, and achieved certain results. However, there is still a lack of innovative ideas about what is the high quality of teaching, how can supervision play a substantial role, how can a vocational college improve the quality of teaching as a whole, and where young teachers start to improve the quality of teaching. On the basis of Hu Ge model experiment and the practice supervision in Beijing College of Finance and Commerce, this paper holds that it is necessary to reconstruct the supervision system of classroom teaching in higher vocational colleges, so as to truly improve the quality of teaching.
