转型背景下高师化学专业人才的培养模式

摘  要:从修订化学师范专业人才培养方案、实现课堂教学改革的系统性和规范性、全面改革化学专业实践教学体系三个方面对高师化学专业人才的培养模式进行了探索。将该模式运用于教学实践,进一步提高了课堂教学质量,增强了学生自主学习的意识和能力,培养了满足地方经济和社会发展需要的新型应用型人才。From the three aspects of revising the training program of chemical teachers爷 professional talents, realizing thesystematicness and standardization of classroom teaching reform, reforming the practice teaching system of chemistry in an all-roundway, the training mode of chemistry major in normal universities has been explored. This mode has been applied to teaching practice,the quality of classroom teaching has further been improved, students爷 consciousness and ability to study independently have beenenhanced, and new type of application-oriented talents for local economic and social development have been cultivated.
