摘 要:目的探讨以团队为基础的TBL(Team-Based Leaming,TBL,团队学习)教学模式在实习生医院感染知识培训中的应用效果。方法选取2017年7—9月245名不同专业来院实习的学生为研究对象,随机分为TBL教学模式观察组和传统教学对照组,通过调查问卷、书面测试和手卫生依从性调查对两组的教学效果进行评价。结果两组学生在学习兴趣、自主学习能力、团队协作能力、沟通能力及成就感方面差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),观察组评分均高于对照组。观察组和对照组的测试成绩分别为(95.82±2.42)分和(71.82±1.37)分,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),观察组高于对照组。观察组和对照组的手卫生依从率分别为51.02%和47.26%,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论在实习生医院感染知识的岗前培训中,应用TBL教学模式能提高学生的各项综合能力和学习效果,但对手卫生的依从性无影响。Objective To explore the efect of TBL teaching model based on teamwork in the hospital infection knowledge training on interns. Methods 245 interns in diferent majors from July to September 2017 were selected as the research objects. They were randomly divided into observation group with TBL teaching model and control group with traditional teaching. The teaching effect of the two groups was evaluated by questionnaire, written test and hand hygiene compliance survey. Results There were statistically significant differences between the two groups of students in learning interest, self-learning ability, teamwork ability, communication ability and sense of achievement (P 〈 0.05), the score of the observation group was obviously higher than that of the control group. The test scores of the observation group and the control group were (95.82±2.42) and (71.82±1.37), and the diference was statistically signifcant (P 〈 0.05), the observation group was higher than the control group. The hand-hygiene compliance rates of the observation group and the control group were respectively 51.02% and 47.26%, and the difference was not statistically significant (P 〉 0.05). Conclusion TBL teaching model can improve students' comprehensive ability and learning efect in the pre-job training of hospital infection knowledge, but has no infuence on the compliance of the hand-hygiene.
