摘 要:校训是通过简约的文字向师生传递蕴含丰富哲理的关键德能,是对核心素养的个性化阐释。以个案学校为例,呈现立校训的过程,以及围绕校训开发校本课程的三次转化经历,一是依据校训建构学校课程框架,二是基于育人目标设计校本课程结构与类型,三是针对课程目标编制校本课程纲要。借鉴这些做法,应思考清楚三方面问题:校训与核心素养的关系,课程转化的层次性,校本课程泛化。School mottos are personalized explanations of key competencies, which convey the key moral ability with profound philosophy to teachers and students. Taking a case school as an example, this article discusses the process of the formation of a school motto, and three levels of transformation on how to develop school-based curriculum around a school motto. The three levels are constructing school curriculum framework based on the school motto, designing the structure and type of school-based curriculum according to the education targets, presenting the curriculum syllabus aiming at course objectives. Drawing lessons from the practices, we should consider three questions carefully while developing school-based curriculum, which are the relationship between key competencies and school mottos, the levels of the curriculum transformation, and the generalization of school-based curriculum.
