现代学徒制人才培养模式实践探索

摘　　要：我国现有职业教育体制制约了新型技能人才的培养，现代学徒制是学校与企业合作以师带徒强化实践教学的一种人才培养新模式，该模式既符合职业院校培养人才的要求，又符合高职学生的学习特点，经实践具有很高的推广意义。阐述了现代学徒制的含义及学校信息安全与管理试点班实施现代学徒制的做法，为建立完善的现代学徒制体制机制提供了借鉴意义。Since the existing vocational education system in our country has restricted training new skilled personnel and talents. Modern apprenticeship system is a new model for training talents in the cooperation between schools and enterprises with teachers leading apprentices to strengthen practice teaching. This paper expounds the meaning of modem apprenticeship and introduces the practice of implementing modem apprenticeship in the experimental class of information security and management in college.
