摘 要:近年来,我国高度重视现代学徒制试点工作,积极学习借鉴西方国家现代学徒制的成功经验,现代学徒制本土化也成为人们关注的重点内容。但如何实施现代学徒制本土化,人们要以哲学的意境,把握本土化的内涵,深入思考现代学徒制本土化的对象、为什么本土化、如何本土化等一系列基本问题,真正把握现代学徒制本土化的问题域。这是人们思考与实践现代学徒制本土化的必由之路。In recent years, China has attached great importance to the pilot work of modern apprenticeship, and actively learned from the successful experience in western countries. The localization of modern apprenticeship has also become the focus of attention. As for how to implement it, people should grasp the connotation of localization with philosophical artistic conception, ponder deeply the object of the localization of modern apprenticeship, as well as a series of basic problems such as why and how to localize, in order to truly grasp its problem domain. This is the only way for people to think and practice the localization of modern apprenticeship.
