摘　　要：CDIO教育理念是高等工程教育的改革创新,是国际教育改革的重大成果。随着社会全球化的发展,现代化企业对于高素质人才的需求越来越大。这也使高校在人才培养方面面临更大的挑战。将CDIO教育理念引入我国人才培养的模式,创建教学效果良好的教育模式,将学生从工程基础知识、个人能力、人际团队能力和工程系统能力四个层面进行综合培养。教学中在巩固学生理论知识的基础上,不断培养学生创新思维与创新能力,加强学生的实践能力,以促进高校培养创新型应用型人才。CDIO educational idea is the reform and innovation of higher engineering education. Also, it is an important achievement of the international education reform. With the development of globalization, the modern enterprises have increasing demands forhigh-quality talents. This also brings universities more challenges in the training talents. Introducing the CDIO educational idea intoour talent training mode can help improve the teaching effect. Students are trained from four aspects, that is basic knowledge, personal ability, cooperation ability and engineering system ability. Except for consolidating theoretical knowledge, it is necessary to cultivatestudents＇ innovative thinking ability and practical ability so as to cultivate the innovative and applied talents in universities.
