摘　　要：以安徽医科大学为例,分析我国全科医生培养存在的主要问题,介绍地方医学院校为提高全科医生的整体素质,开展了推进"全科医生规范化培训与临床医学专业学位硕士研究生教育相衔接"为主要内容的"5+3"人才培养模式改革试点工作,使临床医学(全科)硕士专业学位教育与住院医师规范化培训有效结合,实现了"双轨合一"的高素质全科医学人才培养目标。By analyzing the main problems of general practitioners training in China,and taking Anhui Medical University as an example,this paper introduces the pilot reform of the ＂5 ＋ 3＂educational and talent training model which takes to promote the interaction between the standardized training of general practitioners and the professional master degree education of clinical medicine as the main content to improve the overall quality of general practitioners. By doing so,the professional master degree education of clinical medicine（ general medicine） and standardized training of residency effectively could combine to achieve the objective for a＂two-track in one＂high-quality general medical personnel training.
