摘　　要：《工科基础化学》作为培养化学及化工人才的基础课程,在工科专业教育中起着重要作用。本文结合课程特点和授课要求,探讨组建具有专业优势、资源共享、梯度结构的课程教学团队的方式,并采用革新教学模式、优化考评的方法,提升了学生的学习兴趣和课程的授课质量。Engineering basic chemistry course plays an important role in the professional education of engineering as a fundamental course for training technicians and researchers in chemical field. Based on characteristics of the course and requirements of teaching, this paper discusses the way of form a teaching team with professional advantages, resource sharing and gradient structure. Studentslnterest in learning and quality of teaching are enhanced by innovating teaching model and optimizing the evaluation methods.
