摘　　要：电大教学以学生自主学习为主。但现实中电大学生学习能力比较薄弱,自主学习方法更有待提高。开放教育试点以来,涉及学生学习能力培养的研究不少,但将学生技能比赛作为学习能力提升的途径或将技能比赛与日常教学互通作为抽样研究对象的则比较少。职教改革已经把经常性技能大赛当做提升学生学习能力的重要手段,且融入日常教育。然而电大开放教育恰恰缺少这一形式和平台。为此,有必要从基层电大实际出发,探索学生学习技能比赛与日常教学互通的新机制,实现学生学习能力、教师教育水平、学校教学质量的共同提升。The teaching of TVU is mainly based on students＇ self-learning. However, in reality, the abil college students to learn is weak, and their ability to learn independently is weaker. Since the pilot of education, there have been few studies involving the cultivation of students＇ learning ability. It is even ra ty of open er to regard student skill competition as a way to improve learning ability and to interwork between skill competition and daily teaching. The vocational education reform has formed the regular skills competition to form an important means of improving students＇ learning ability, and even integrated into daily education. However, the open education of TVU, which is the main body of adult education, lacks this form and platform. To this end, starting from the actual situation of the grass-roots TV university, explore the new mechanism of student learning skill competition and daily teaching intercommunication, and realize the new situation of improving students＇ learning ability, teacher education level and school teaching quality.
