摘　　要：设H是无穷维的Hilbert空间,M∈B(H)是闭值域算子,给出了MM^+-M^+M是Fredholm算子的等价条件.Let H be an infinite dimensional Hilbert space,M ∈B（H）be a closed range operator,the equivalent conditions of the Fredholmness of MM＋-M＋M are given.
