摘　　要：应用型高校等基本概念已形成共识,对应用型高校教师应具有的素质逐渐认清,应用型高校教师发展的内容兼顾理论能力和实践能力两方面,应用型高校教师发展的形式走向终身化、个性化和制度化,应用型高校教师发展的相关政策不断优化。未来,应用型高校教师发展研究在基本理论方面将更加深入,使核心概念更明确;对评价体系改革和政策调整的研究也将加强。The basic concepts such as applied universities have formeda consensus, and the quality of applied university teach-ers has been gradually recognized. The content of applied university faculty development takes into account both theoretical abilityand practical ability. The development of applied university teachers is becoming lifelong. Personalized and institutionalized, relevantpolicies for the development of applied university teachers are continuously optimized. In the future, the research on the developmentof applied university teachers will be deeper in the basic theory, and the core concept will be clearer; the research on evaluationsystem reform and policy adjustment will also be strengthened.
