摘 要:改革开放40年来,特殊教育师资的职前培养以社会需求为宗旨不断提高培养层次,其培养模式经历了从最初的中等特殊师范升格并转为高等特殊师范,再到本科层次的特殊教育专业为主体的培养模式的变迁过程。特殊教育师资职前培养模式变迁的特点是:研究本位的实践取向;突出专业特色的反思能力培养;开放的特殊教师教育体制;职前培养与职后培训的连续性。未来特殊教育师资培养模式的发展趋势为:确立"学行结合"培养目标,坚持职前培养实践化;优化课程模块设置,突出特教专业特色;突破专业界限,搭建多学科合作平台;构建双导师机制,加强"U—S"模式的合作性指导。Since China’s reform and opening-up, the pre-service education for special education faculty aiming at meeting the social needs has been constantly elevated over the recent 40 years. Its general education mode has evolved from the initial special education faculty training in technical secondary schools and the up-graded educating program in the higher vocational institutes to the undergraduate education on special education pedagogy in universities which has become the principle part of the faculty educating system. There are several distinctive features in the evolution of the pre-service educating mode for the special education faculty: the practical competence improvement centering on in-depth pedagogical researches, the training of the reflective thinking ability based on the professional characteristics of special education, the focus on fostering a cross-disciplinary and inter-agency educating system, the continuity of the pre-service education and the in-service training. The future trends in the development of the educating mode for the special education faculty are as follows: to establish the educational objective of combining the knowledge with the practice and insist on the practical competence improvement in the pre-service education, to optimize the inter-disciplinary curriculum sections and emphasize the professional characteristics of special education, to push back the frontiers and establish a cross-disciplinary cooperation platform,to build up a dual-mentor system and reinforce the cooperative instruction of the “U-S” mode.
