摘 要:为了更全面准确地给出相对公平的实训课成绩,以激励高职院校学生学习的积极性、避免雷同抄袭并将报告结果及时反馈给学生为目的.以《铁路客运业务》课程实训为例,找出实训课程存在的问题,并提出了相应的改进方法.并结合专家学者的调查打分意见,运用层次分析法对各个指标予以相应的权重赋值.设计了便于教师操作的实训课程教师和学生打分记录表、小组互评表和行之有效的记分册.In order to give a more comprehensive,accurate and relatively fair training course grade,to stimulate the enthusiasm of the students in higher vocational schools and to avoid the copying and to feed back the results to the students. Taking the practical training of railway passenger transport business as an example, this paper tries to find out the problems existing in the training courses, and puts forward some corresponding measures. Combined with the survey of experts and scholars,we use AHP to assign weights to each index. Teachers'and students'scoring record tables, group mutual assessment tables and effective record books are designed for teachers to operate.
