摘 要:目的在消化内科住院医师规范化培训教学中应用案例为基础的教学模式并进行效果评价。方法将2017年1月-6月在消化内科接受规范化培训的60名住院医师随机分为对照组和实验组,每组30名学员,对照组采取传统授课为基础的教学法,实验组采取CBL教学法。规培结束前进行理论与操作考核,同时进行教学满意度的问卷调查。数据采用SPSS16.0进行统计学分析。结果理论考试成绩显示,实验组的成绩(85.13±6.93)明显高于对照组(73.87±10.00);操作考核成绩显示,实验组的成绩(83.77±7.00)明显高于对照组(72.43±8.51);差异有统计学意义(t=5.072,P<0.01)。教学满意度的问卷调查结果显示,实验组的满意度(80%)高于对照组(53.4%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.67,P<0.05)。结论在消化内科住院医师规范化培训教学中采用CBL教学法可明显提高学员理论考试与操作考核成绩,并有效提高学员对教学方法的满意度。Objective To evaluate the teaching model of case-based learning(CBL) in the teaching of resident standardized training in the department of gastroenterology. Methods 60 residents accepted resident standardized training of gastroenterology were randomly divided into control group and experimental group in 2017,each group of30 students,control group adopts the traditional teaching on the basis of(lecture-based learning,LBL) teaching method,the experimental group take the CBL teaching method. Before the end of the training,the theory and operation assessment were conducted,and the questionnaire survey of teaching satisfaction was conducted. SPSS16.0 was used for statistical analysis. Results The results of theoretical examination showed that the score of the experimental group(85.13 ± 6.93) was significantly higher than that of the control group(73.87 ± 10.00). The results of operation examination showed that the score of the experimental group(83.77± 7.00) was significantly higher than that of the control group(72.43± 8.51). The difference was statistically significant(t=5.072,P〈0.01).The results of questionnaire survey on teaching satisfaction showed that the satisfaction of the experimental group(80%) was higher than that of the control group(53.4%),and the difference was statistically significant(X2=6.67,P〈0.05). Conclusions CBL teaching method can obviously improve students' theoretical examination and performance evaluation and improve their satisfaction with teaching methods.
