摘  要:近日教育部印发了《教育信息化2.0行动计划》的通知,"互联网+教育"已然成为全面带动我国教育水平提升的关键手段。现代信息化背景下,以临床病例、互联网和智能手机应用等资源为基础的临床思维与模拟诊疗训练软件得到了快速的发展和广泛的应用。党的十九大以来我国社会主要矛盾已经转化为人民日益增长的美好生活需要和不平衡不充分的发展之间的矛盾,行而有效的提高医学教育质量,成为当下高等医学教育者重要研究课题。本文结合目前国内较前沿的临床思维模拟诊疗软件,就如何开展临床思维训课程进行探讨。Recently, the Ministry of Education has issued a notice of the "Education Informatization 2.0 Action Plan," and "Internet + Education" has become a key measure to fully promote the education level in China. Under the background of modern information technology, clinical case data, Internet and smart phone applications and other resource-based clinical diagnosis thinking and simulation training software have been rapidly developed and widely used. Since the 19 th CPC National Congress, the major social contradictions in our country have been transformed into the contradictions between the people's growing needs and the unbalanced development. How to increase the quality of medical education effectively has become an important subject for the higher medical educators. This article discussed how to develop clinical thinking training courses in combination with the current domestic clinical thinking simulation software.
