摘　　要：职业教育改革需要深化,技能型人才培养迫在眉睫,产教研结合有待新的突破,以技能大赛引领高职院校产教研有机结合、以技能大赛推动校企合作的进程、促进教学方式与方法改革、带动实验室建设、促进技能型人才培养、促进"双师型"教师培养,以技能大赛赛项内容为基础开发实用型教材等方面进行的实践和探索。The reform of vocational education needs to be deepened,the cultivation of skilled talents is imminent,and the combination of production,teaching and research needs new breakthroughs.The skills competition will lead the organic combination of production,teaching and research in higher vocational colleges,promote the process of school-enterprise cooperation,promote the reform of teaching modes and methods,promote the construction of laboratories,promote the training of skilled talents,and promote the training of＂bi-expertise＂teachers.The paper carries out the practice and exploration on the development of practical textbooks based on the content of the skills competition.
