摘  要:高职院校教师职业精神制约着教师职业价值的实现与教育目标的完成,直接决定教学质量的高低,影响学生的发展。研究和探讨高职院校教师职业精神,对于深化职业教育改革、提高教育质量、培养高技能的复合应用型人才具有极其重要的意义。本文通过问卷调查的方式,从高职院校教师职业精神内涵、职业精神现状以及高职院校教师对职业精神培育的意见和建议等方面进行了调研,并根据调查结果结合实地调研情况,分析了教师职业精神及培育方面存在的问题,认为高职院校教师在师德师风建设方面还未从自然走向自觉,在师能建设方面尚有不足。Professional working ethics of teaching staff in higher vocational college have a direct and great impact on the achievement of professional values and educational objectives, teaching quality and students’ development. Therefore, a research and discussion on the specific aspect would be of significance for a deeper vocational education reform, a better education quality and a more advanced compound and practical talent cultivation program. The paper, through a questionnaire survey, makes a research on professional spirit content, current situation and suggested advice in vocational college education; and then according to the research result and a field research, it makes an analysis on existing problems in professional ethics and its cultivation in teaching staff, leading to a conclusion that there is still a lack of teaching ability construction in higher vocational college.
