摘　　要：高职院校开展内部专业评估,可以让校内不同主体进行自我评价并诊断专业建设和发展状况,从而为专业发展和规划提供决策依据,为专业建设和管理质量提升和改进提供建议和思路。分析内部专业评估的目的和意义,梳理内部专业评估要遵循的理念,提出内部专业评估指标的建设思路,从组织系统、制度系统、反馈系统三个方面来研究内部专业评估工作的实施,旨在更好地指导高职院校内部专业评估体系的建设和运行。Vocational colleges conduct internal specialty evaluation, which allows different subjects in the school to self- evaluate and diagnose specially construction and development status, provides reference for speciallydevelopment and planning, and provides advice and ideas for specially construction and management quality improvement. The paper analyzes the purpose and significance of internal specially evaluation, sorts out the concepts to be followed in internal specially evaluation, proposes ideas on the construction of internal specially evaluation indicators, and studies its implementation from organization system, institutional system, and feedback system to guide the construction and operation of the internal specially evaluation system in vocational colleges.
