摘　　要：导师制模式是高职院校培养人才、提高就业的有效方法,是实现全程育人、全方位育人的重要举措。本文从高职院校特点和导师制模式的发展现状入手,结合其在食品类专业的实际教学中取得的实际效果,探索导师制模式教学改革的方法和方向。Tutorial system is an effective way to cultivate talents and improve employment in higher vocational colleges. It is also an important measure to achieve whole-process and all-round education. This paper, started with the development of the characteristics of Higher Vocational Colleges and the mode of tutor systemcombining with the actual effect in the practical teaching of food specialty and explored the methods and directions of the teaching reform of tutor system.
