摘  要:职教体系承担着为社会服务的功能,校、企、行业有效对接才能创造最大收益。然而现阶段职教体系沟通不畅,各自为政,有必要明确职教体系学习成果互认的内涵和定位,规划成果互认的技术路线,建立职教体系学习成果互认联盟。这对促进职业教育与生产生活相结合、提高教学质量、深化校企合作、满足学习者自主学习需求等具有深远意义。具体措施包括:开发职教体系学分质量保证机制,建立职教体系成果互认联盟,进行职教体系学习成果标准开发、应用等。Vocational education system has the obligation to serve the community.The best way to maximize profits is the mutual recognition of learning outcomes by schools,businesses and industries.However,the vocational education system has poor communication with each other now.Therefore,it is necessary to clarify the connotation and orientation of interactive certification for learning outcomes in vocational education system,and then design the technical route to establish a mutual recognition of achievements.This measure is of great significance to promoting the combination of vocational education with production and life,improving teaching quality,deepening the cooperation between schools and enterprises,and meeting the needs of learners' self-learning.The solutions include developing credit quality assurance system,setting up a union meeting of mutual recognition of achievements,as well as developing and applying standards of learning achievement in vocational education system.
