摘 要:通过目标—结构耦合分析,解构职教集团的组织架构及其内部功能,并对实训资源共享机制进行探讨。研究结果表明,政府主导职业教育集团在政府、职业院校、企业三者之间起缓冲润滑作用,其构建目标包括宏观控制、质量提升、资源集约与要素整合;职教集团通过教育发展规划指导委员会、专业建设协作委员会、校企合作办公室、公共实训与技能鉴定中心4个职能部门实现其构建目标;通过实训设备的公司化投资运营模式,能够有效改善实训条件,提升实训设备利用效率。Through the target-structure coupling analysis, the organizational structure of vocational education group and its internal functions are deconstructed, and the sharing mechanism of practical training resources is explored in this article. The research shows: The government-led vocational education group buffers among the government, vocational colleges and enterprises, whose constructing objectives include the macro-control, quality improvement, resources intensivism and elements integration; The vocational education group achieves its objectives through four functional departments such as the educational development and planning guidance committee, the professional construction cooperation committee, the university-enterprise cooperation office and the public practice and skill appraisal center; The corporative investment and operation mode of practical training equipment can effectively improve the practice conditions and promote the equipment utilization efficiency.
