基于微核试验及彗星试验评价丹酚酸A、丹酚酸B及原儿茶醛的抗突变活性

摘　　要：探讨丹参的抗突变活性,从中分离出两个丹酚酸及一个醛类化合物。基于化合物的光谱数据,对化合物的结构进行鉴定,最终确定为丹酚酸A、丹酚酸B及原儿茶醛。活性结果表明,丹酚酸B的抗突变活性呈剂量依赖性,当质量浓度为100μg/m L时,尾矩为90.4%(P<0.01)。丹酚酸A及原儿茶醛得抗突变活性也呈剂量依赖性,当质量浓度为100μg/m L时,微核抑制率分别为33.3%(P<0.01)、35.1%(P<0.01)。In our preliminary screening study on the anti-mutagenic activity, two phenolic acids and one aldehyde were isolated from the Salvia miltiorrhiza. On the basis of their spectroscopic data, these compounds were identified as Salvianolic acid A（1）, Salvianolic acid B（2） and Catechu aldehyde（3）. Among the compounds that were tested, Sal B showed dose-dependently inhibitory activity of the tail moment with the percentage of migrated DNA of 90.4%（P〈0.01）in the concentration of 100 μg/m L. Sal A and CA showed dose-dependently activity to inhibit the micronuclei rate to33.3%（P〈0.01） and 35.1%（P〈0.01）, respectively, in the concentration of 100 μg/m L.
