摘 要:教育回报是教育结果在贫困者身上的投射,是摆脱贫困、实现发展的根本。贫困者的脱贫与发展,是教育反贫困研究的关注点;脱贫应建立在满足贫困者的需求上;教育回报是国家教育扶贫作为和个体扶贫结果,以及贫困者内在的教育资本和外在发展样态的中介因素。以Winship的家族对比研究结论和Mydral的循环因果累积理论为基础,建构教育回报的作用模型。得出教育回报实现机制:贫困者主要通过教育来累积获取资源、驾驭资本的意识和能力;贫困家庭父代与子代的教育差和发展差,是代际发展方向和速度的重要依据。为此,要明确教育反贫困的特殊性,重视教育回报,并建立"投入评价"和"脱贫评价"相结合的评价模式。Educational return is the reflection of education results on the poor,and is the foundation of povertyalleviation and development. Poverty alleviation and development is a major focus of antipoverty education study,whichshould be based on the satisfaction of the poor's needs. Educational return is a combination of national behavior andpersonal effort. It also acts as an agent between the internal education capital and external development pattern of the poor.The comparative study of the Winship family and Mydral's theory of circular causal accumulation lies the theoreticalfoundation for constructing the function model and realizing mechanism of educational return. The poor usually accumulatethe sense and ability of gaining and managing resources through education. The gaps of education and developmentbetween the parent generation and the filial generation in poor families are significant reference for the direction and speedof intergeneration development. Therefore,it is important to figure out the special features of anti-poverty education,payspecial attention to education return,so as to establish an assessment model that integrates the input and the povertyalleviation result.
