摘  要:目的了解住院医师规范化培训临床带教情况,挖掘其中存在的问题及原因,为今后改进工作提供信息支持。方法采取便利整群抽样方法,对某国家住院医师规范化培训基地169名住院医师进行问卷调查。结果住院医师规范化培训学员对临床带教各方面认可度均低于50%。结论带教老师指导住院医师规范化培训学员的积极性及对教学质量关注度不高,建议建立激励机制,把带教工作纳入绩效、职称晋升的评价体系中。Objective To know the standardized training clinical teaching of residents, dig up the existing issues and causes thus providing information support for the further improvement work. Methods 169 cases of residents in the standardized training base in a certain country were surveyed by the questionnaire in a convenient sampling method. Results The recognition of standardized training of students by the residents to various aspects of clinical teaching was lower than 50%.Conclusion The enthusiasm and teaching quality attention degree of teachers in guiding the standardized students of residents are not high, and it is suggested to establish the motivation mechanism, and bring the teaching work into the evaluation system of performance and title promotion.
