摘 要:目的:调查护士组织公平感与职业延迟满足现状,并研究二者的相关性。方法:采用组织公平量表、职业延迟满足量表对长春市3所三甲医院290名护士进行问卷调查。结果:护士组织公平感均分为3.22±0.78;职业延迟满足均分为2.58±0.51;护士组织公平感与职业延迟满足呈显著正相关。结论:本调查的护士组织公平感处于中等偏下水平,职业延迟满足处于中等水平,临床管理者应增加护士组织公平感,提高护士职业延迟满足程度,促进护理事业发展。Objective: To investigate organizational justice and vocational delay of gratification status of nurses, and study the correlation be- tween them. Methods: 290 nurses in three first-class hospitals were investigated by using organizational justice questionnaire and vocational delay of gratification questionnaire. Results: The nurses' organizational justice average score was 3.22±0.78, the vocational delay of gratilication aver- age score was 2.58±0.51. the nurses' organizational justice and vocational delay of gratilication has signioficant positive correlation. Conclusion: The nurses' organizational justice was at a moderate lower level and the vocational delay of gratilication was at a moderate level. The clinical man- agers should increase the sense of nurses" organizational justice, so as to improve the nurses' degree of vocational delay of gratiotication,and pro- mole the development of nursing career.
