摘　　要：社区教育特色课程及其建设,是社区教育深入发展和品质提升的重点,具有课程设置规范性、课程目标明确性、课程内容代表性以及课程实施创新性等特征。徐汇区从"两个层面、三个抓手、四类课程"三个维度一体化探索和实践社区教育特色课程的孵化,把推动课程开发、培育教师成长、促进教学资源建设等各种要素聚集起来,在区域内营造良好的课程发展与培育环境。The characteristic curriculum and its construction of community education are the focus of the in-depth development and quality improvement of community education. It has the characteristics of curriculum setting standardization, curriculum objective clarity, curriculum content representation and curriculum implementation innovation. Xuhui District explores and implements the incu- bating of specialty courses in the community from the three dimensions of ＂two levels, three graspers, and four types of curriculum＂, and integrates various factors such as promoting curriculum development, cultivating teacher growth, and promoting the construction of teaching resources. It will create a good curriculum development and fostering environment in the region.
