摘 要:当前我国教师专业发展存在"拿来主义"、"实用主义"、"标签主义"、"等级主义"的现实问题。为此,新时代教师队伍建设改革进程中教师专业发展需要实施系统定位战略、多边关系结合战略、扎根教师实践战略和改革调适战略。The professional development of teachers in the new ear aims at cultivating high quality,professional,and creative teachers for the people and party in China. The professional development of teachers should be innovative,balanced,promoting the cultural inheritance,and improve students' healthy growth. Currently,teachers' professional development in China have some problems,such as "fetchingism","pragmatism","labelingism"and "hierarchy". Therefore,teacher professional development requires repositioning,and multilateral collaboration. It should also empirical based and adjusted accordingly.
