摘  要:校企合作、产教融合的"双元互动"是职业教育的基本办学模式,企业在职业教育实践教学中具有协作、引导、共同体等职能。该文以企业视角展开对高职院校食品加工实践教学的分析,提出改革策略。高职院校食品加工实践教学课程体系设置、教学模式创新、实践教学评价体系等应以企业发展动态为导向,以融入企业元素为手段;同时,地方政府应依据国家宏观政策制定切实可行的指导地方产教融合发展的法律法规,保障产教融合各主体的权益,形成弱化校企属性的差异机制,为校企有效合作、产教深度融合提供保障。School-enterprise cooperation and industry-education integration is the basic educational model of vocational education.The enterprise has the founction of cooperation, guidance, community and so on in practice teaching of vocational education.This paper analyzed the food processing practice teaching in higher vocational colleges from the perspective of enterprise and put forward some related reform strategies.The curriculum setting, teaching mode innovation and evaluation system of food processing practice teaching in higher vocational colleges should be oriented by industry development, and intake enterprise factors as the means.Meanwhile, local governments should formulate feasible laws and regulations to guide the integrated development of industry-education integration under the background of the governmental macroscopic policy, protect the rights and interests of all subjects, form the mechanism to weaken the difference of college and enterprise to provide guarantee for effective cooperation between colleges and enterprises and in-depth integration of industry and education.
