摘  要:为了探究流动儿童积极心理品质与社会文化适应的关系,采用自尊量表、积极心理资本量表和社会文化适应量表对河南省4所学校485名初中一年级学生进行问卷调查。调查结果表明:独生子女和父母文化程度高的儿童积极心理品质较好;流动儿童积极心理品质各维度的得分均与社会文化适应得分存在显著正相关;流动儿童的自我效能和韧性对社会文化适应的影响最为显著;自尊在流动儿童心理资本与社会文化适应之间发挥部分中介作用。因此,通过培养流动儿童的心理资本,可以提高流动儿童的自尊水平,间接促进他们社会适应能力的提升。In order to explore the correlation between migrant children’s positive psychological quality and sociocultural culture, a questionnaire survey was conducted to 485 students of four junior middle schools in Henan province. focusing on their self-esteem scale,positive psychological capital scale and sociocultural adaptation scale. The results show that the children who were the only child and whose parental education was higher, have better positive psychological quality. Each score of the migrant children’ positive psychological quality factor has notable positive correlation with the score of sociocultural adaptation. The self-efficacy and resilience of migrant children are the most influential factor to the sociocultural adaptation. Self-esteem plays a mediating effect partly between migrant children’s psychological capital and sociocultural adaptation.So we should cultivate migrant children’s mental capital, which can enhance migrant children’s self-esteem and improve their sociocultural adaptability.
