区域内高职院校服务京津冀协同发展战略的途径——以天津高职院校为例

摘　　要：高等职业教育可为区域发展提供高端技术技能人才,人才培养的一体化对推动京津冀协同发展具有重大意义。从高职院校服务国家战略的角度出发,以天津高职院校为例,分析职业教育在服务区域经济发展中存在的问题,并从高校办学定位、深化产教融合、人才培养供给侧改革及实现三地资源共享四个方面提出未来高等职业教育服务京津冀协同发展国家战略发展的途径。Higher vocational education can provide high quality technical and skilled talents for regional development. The intera- tion of talents training is of great significance for promoting the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. From the perspective of higher vocational colleges serving the national strategy, and taking higher vocational colleges in Tianjin as an ex- ample, this paper analyzes the existing problems of vocational education serving regional economic development, and puts forward the pathways of future higher vocational education serving the national strategy of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development from four aspects： the school-running orientation of universities, deepening of the integration of production and education, the sup- ply-side reform of talents training and the realization of resources sharing of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei.
