摘  要:住院医师规范化培训已在全国开展,内分泌代谢科在内科基地中往往缺乏重视,教学模式比较老套,住院医师轮转时间较短、也缺乏兴趣。因此试图探索新的教学方法既能发挥住院医师的主观能动性,深入学习内分泌代谢的相关专业知识,又能结合具体的病例教学,掌握内分泌代谢疾病的诊疗常规,让住院医师了解什么是循证医学,如何开展循证医学研究。文章介绍了笔者所在单位在内科住院医师内分泌专业规范化培训中开展以CBL和循证医学相结合的教学模式的经验和体会,介绍了如何将CBL和循证医学更为有机的结合,为更好地开展住院医师规范化培训积累经验。The standardized training for resident physicians has been carried out throughout the country. The department of endocrinology and metabolism often lack attention and time in internal medicine bases, teaching models are relatively old-fashioned, and residents also lack interest. Therefore, we try to explore new teaching methods that can not only exert the subjective initiative of residents to learn the knowledge of endocrinology and metabolism, but also better master professional knowledge and know how to practice evidence-based medicine in clinic. This article describes the experience of the combination of CBL and evidence-based medicine in the training residents. It also describes how to combine CBL and evidence-based medicine more organically to accumulate more experiences in training resident physicians.
