摘  要:传统的病理学实验课机械、氛围沉重,学生课堂上学习精神状态欠佳,注意力易分散,同时缺乏活跃的师生互动,常常出现学生思考能力、理解能力和知识的综合运用能力难以提高的现象。因此,通过改进教学方法,满足不断发展的现代医学教学需求,使学生能够在掌握各种专业知识的基础上,融会贯通,学以致用,已成为当前提高教学质量的重要举措。"抛瞄式"教学通过建立有实际病例或模拟临床真实的情境,增强医学生的学习参与度,并亲身体验从发现问题、解决问题到反思总结的全过程,以达到轻松学习病理学的目的。本研究通过策划分学习小组、创设学习情境、确定知识点问答、学生自主学习、互动合作、情景知识转移,能充分发挥学生的主观能动性,对学生课前、后的学习兴趣提高,使以学生为主体的教学理念得以真正实现。The traditional pathology experiment lesson has heavy machinery and atmosphere, students' learning mental state is poor, their attention is easy to be distracted, and there is lack of active interaction between teachers and students. It is often difficult to improve students' thinking ability, comprehension ability and comprehensive application of knowledge. Therefore, it has become an important measure to improve the teaching quality by improving the teaching methods to meet the needs of the developing modern medical teaching, so that students can master a variety of professional knowledge on the basis of integration and application. "Throwing-and-pointing" teaching enhances medical students' participation in learning by establishing real cases or simulating real clinical situations, and experiences the whole process from discovering problems, solving problems to refecting and summarizing, so as to achieve the goal of easily learning pathology. This research can give full play to the students' subjective initiative, improve their interest in learning before and after class, and make the teaching idea of taking students as the main body truly realized by dividing the study group, creating the study situation, determining the knowledge point question and answer, students' independent learning, interaction and cooperation, and transferring situational knowledge.
