摘  要:新时代国家治理体系和治理能力现代化建设背景下出台的《职业学校校企合作促进办法》,其协商治理思想根源于具有中国特色的社会主义协商民主理论,具体表现为政府推动校企合作协商治理。其思想从宏观层面上的政府、行业、企业、学校和微观层面上的政府、行业、企业、学校每三个主体组合而成协商治理体系在《办法》中得以体现。以政府推动校企合作协商治理思想指导《办法》贯彻实施,有助于校企合作深度发展。Under the background of the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity in the new era, ((Method for promoting school-enterprise cooperation in vocational schools}is issued, its thought of consultative governance is rooted in the theory of socialist negotiation democracy with Chinese characteristics and the concrete manifestation is the government's promoting the consultative governance of school-enterprise cooperation. The thoughts of the 《Method》 is interpreted through the consultative governance systems which is composed of three main bodies like government, industry, enterprise, school at the macro level and government, industry, enterprise and school at the micro level. It guides the implementation of the 《Method》 with help of the consultative government' s thought is helpful to the in-depth development of school-enterprise cooperation.
