摘　　要：本文通过分析《企业内部检测实验室认可指南》的要求,探讨企业内部实验室和第三方实验室的差异分析、指南应用效果和指南应用的意见3个方面,指导企业内部实验室提高运作效率,保障检验结果有效性。此次应用分析可以不断推动企业内部实验室管理工作的科学发展,同时也为认可评审员把握评审尺度,有助于推动全国企业内实验室的认可发展。Objective Through analyzing of the requirements of guidance on technical requirements of enterprise internal testing laboratoryg, This paper mainly guided the efficient operation of the internal laboratory of the company from 3 aspects： the difference analysis of the internal laboratory and the third-party laboratory, the application effect of the guide and the opinions of the application of the guide, which could guide the internal laboratory to improve operational efficiency and ensure the validity of test results. The analysis of this application could continuously promote the scientific development of the internal laboratory management work, and also grasp the evaluation scale for the accredited reviewers, which would help promoting the accreditation development of laboratories throughout the country.
