摘 要:目的探讨“一制两化”综合训练法在《基础护理技术》实训教学中的应用效果。方法将223名专科护生分为试验组(110名)和对照组(113名)。对照组护生《基础护理技术》实训课程采用原有的教学方法,试验组护生在原有教学方法的基础上引入“一制两化”综合训练法,课题实施1年末比较两组护生的《基础护理技术》操作成绩及评判性思维能力情况。结果试验组护生《基础护理技术》操作成绩、评判性思维能力得分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P〈0.05)。结论《基础护理技术》实训课程中引入“一制两化”综合训练法有助于提高专科护生的技能操作水平及评判性思维能力。Objective To explore the application of "One System Two Methods" comprehensive training method in practical teaching of Basic Nursing Technology. Methods A total of 223 specialist nursing students were di- vided into the experimental group (110 cases) and the control group (113 cases). The control group adopted the orig- inal teaching method in the training course of Basic Nursing Technology. The experimental group introduced the compre- hensive training method of "One System Two Methods" on the basis of the original teaching method. At the end of one year, the score of operation results and critical thinking ability of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The scores of operating performance of Basic Nursing Technology and critical thinking skills of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P〈0. 05). Conclusion The in- troduction of "One System Two Methods " comprehensive training method into the training course of Basic Nursing Tech- nology is helpful to improve the technical operation level and critical thinking ability of nursing students in junior college.
