摘  要:高素质的教师是"双一流"建设的基石,而师德建设是高素质教师形成的核心。"双一流"建设对大学教师队伍成长与发展提出更高的要求,在"双一流"建设背景下大学教师师德发展面临转型要求,应进一步明确大学教师师德建设的价值定位,通过教师主体师德自觉发展、制度完善和共同体建构的路径造就一流教师师德。High-quality teachers are the foundation of building world-class universities and first-class disciplines,and the teacher's ethics construction is the core of high quality teachers. The construction of world-class universities and first-class puts forward higher requirements for teachers development in universities,and as a reaction,the construction of teacher morality would face transformation. To build the world-class universities and first-class disciplines,we should further define the value orientation of teachers' ethics construction,create some basic paths such as emphasis on teachers' ethics consciousness development,system perfection and community construction for building first-class teacher 's morality.
