摘  要:随着我国产业的不断转型升级,对技术技能人才提出了新的要求,需要高职院校在专业教学实施过程中融入职业精神引领学生职业发展,提高人才培养质量。目前,分课程组织教学、理论教学与实践教学的脱节、教师示范作用的不充分等影响着职业精神有效融入专业教学,这就需要高职院校在专业教学过程中要统合各类专业课程培育学生的职业精神,注重专业教学各环节中学生职业精神的协同,发挥学校全体教师的榜样示范作用。With the up-grading in our industry,there is a new demand for persons with special technology. It is necessary for high vocational colleges to input professional spirit which will lead students career development and improve the quality for high education. But there is a gap in teaching method including both theory teaching and practical teaching,and a lack of teachers' model function which has a negative impact for professional teaching. It is quite obvious that high vocational colleges should put together all specialized courses to train students enterprising spirit and pay much attention to different sessions for the coordination of students enterprising spirit,and most of all,the vocational college teachers should perform a model function.
