高职院校计算机专业现代学徒制人才培养模式探究

摘　　要：现代学徒制人才培养模式对高职院校增强学生的综合素质及技术水平有着至关重要的作用。分析了高职院校实施现代学徒制人才培养模式所面临的问题,探究了基于现代学徒制下的计算机专业人才培养方案的设置,给出了人才培养模式实施的框架、对策与建议,对高职院校计算机专业人才培养模式的改革提供了参考方案与思路。The modern apprenticeship training mode plays an important role in enhancing the comprehensive quality and technicallevel of students in higher vocational colleges. This paper analyzes the problems faced by higher vocational colleges in implement-ing the modern apprenticeship training mode, and explores the setting of computer professional talent training program based onmodern apprenticeship system, and gives the framework, countermeasures and suggestions for the implementation of talent trainingmode. The reform of the computer professional talent training mode in vocational colleges provides reference plans and ideas.
