摘  要:基于专业人才需求、岗位能力调查,在专业建设、课程建设、实训条件、医学人文、教学资源、双师队伍建设及社会服务功能提升等进行全方位教学改革;设计8个专业方向课程模块;结合行业准入标准制订毕业生质量标准;构建适应分级诊疗制度背景下我国基层医疗岗位能力要求的"大专业、多方向"专业人才培养模式。Based on professional talent demand and job ability survey,all-round teaching reform is carried out in professional construction,curriculum construction,training conditions,medical humanities,teaching resources,double-team construction and social service function improvement; eight professional direction curriculum modules are designed; The quality standards of graduates are formulated in accordance with industry access standards; the training mode of"big professional,multi-directional"professionals is established to meet the requirements of China's primary medical care positions in the context of graded diagnosis and treatment system.
